Data Processing Addendum

Status

This is a template published for review. It becomes a signable addendum when the ColdShift API reaches general availability. TODO(founder): counsel review before any signature.

Parties and roles

Controller: the customer. Processor: TODO(founder): entity name. For the marketing site today, the only personal data processed is a waitlist email address, and only once a provider is wired.

Processing details

Subject matter: routing of AI inference requests at the customer's instruction. Duration: the term of the agreement. Nature and purpose: request routing and billing. Data categories and subjects: defined in the product terms at general availability. TODO(founder).

Technical and organizational measures are described on the security page, which states plainly what is intended practice rather than certified fact. International transfer terms: TODO(founder), pending entity and hosting decisions.
