Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the ColdShift marketing site. It does not cover the ColdShift API, which is not generally available. A product privacy policy ships with the product.

What we collect

The site collects no personal data by default. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

If you submit your email to the waitlist, that address is the only personal data you give us. It goes to Resend, our email provider. Until that integration is activated, waitlist submissions are not stored anywhere.

How we use it

A waitlist email is used for one thing: contacting you about ColdShift access. It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not added to any other list.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, user agent, and request time, to operate the service. Vercel's privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will show you or delete it. Contact: TODO(founder): privacy contact email. Data protection officer, if appointed: TODO(founder).

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
