These terms cover your use of the ColdShift marketing site. They do not cover the ColdShift API or any commercial service; those terms ship at general availability.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not scrape it for spam, misrepresent its content, or attempt to disrupt it.

Simulated and modeled figures

Surfaces marked SIMULATED render deterministic local fixtures, not live telemetry. Figures marked MODELED or TARGET are estimates or design goals, not measurements of a production service. Do not rely on them as service commitments.

Intellectual property

The site's content, marks, and code are owned by TODO(founder): entity name. Cited third-party figures belong to their sources, which are linked where used.

No warranties

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove content at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this site.
